With over two decades of experience, Kara has seamlessly integrated mental health support in a variety of high-performance settings, including her pivotal role as a Team Canada Coach, and extending her expertise to aspiring athletes, professionals, individuals seeking transformative counseling, and the corporate and public service sector.
